The Write Angle – Recruitment challenge!

Here's a small project to have a think about - we're not looking for any big presentations (you'll be pleased to know), rather an insight into your creative thinking. Could you also have a go at drafting a release to support your idea.

Imagine that you are working on the Mars account, and that the client is going to launch a dark chocolate version of the Milky Way bar - Mars's first ever variant on the old favourite. They're particularly impressed with recent confectionary PR hits, and want to make PR the key to the launch. They're looking for 2 alternative consumer focused press story ideas to capture coverage in the red tops, tabloids, and if possible get some spill over broadcast ideas. They're not too keen on 'huge stunt' ideas because they think they're too risky. They're not averse to spending modest sums, but are looking for a good idea that journalists will like and want to use.
